Here is my experience ............. the heating system fails, I am in the cold, I request an intervention, after a few days, I solicit ...... they reply that we will let you know when it will come the technician, a few days pass, I solicit again, same answer, seeing no one I call again to know when the technician will come ...... answer: PLEASE ADDRESS TO SOMEONE ELSE !!!!!!!
Practically 10 days in the cold, made fun of, and not even a warning to say that they did not have the availability to follow up on the intervention call !!!!

After calling and requesting an appointment, I was never called back. They did not respond to sent messages. When I finally managed to get one, in addition to not showing up, (of course without even warning) I was unable to talk to anyone at the landline or 2 cell phones. BAD CAF.
Mileage row x eat ... but it's worth it .... flavors of the past quickly served x a modest figure ... cheerful staff .... you come out with a smile in your mouth. I recommend to everyone
Valid operators but when you call for assistance the operators are not up to receiving assistance I called in the morning telling me they would contact me again .... moral of the story after calling 4 times FORSE I managed to have an appointment
