Staff who know what they're doing, at least it seems to me. I took my two kittens to do deworming and various things ... I must say not bad. Every now and then they get annoyed to answer the phone and let it ring until it stops, but it's understandable. As for the price I must say that it is in line with the service rendered, that is, fair, not exaggerated and not very low. I recommend it if your current vet gets half your salary 🤣
