Amazing staff great service every visit

Monday afternoon at h. 18, during opening hours, I took my cat to the veterinary clinic who had an abscess in the wound bitten by another animal. The studio was closed. Amazed, I called the emergency number written on the door but the doctor replied that they only visit by appointment and that she had left earlier. I stressed the fact that this new rule of the studio was not written anywhere and that I had left Sarteano to take the cat to do the necessary treatments at the indicated opening hours (reported both on the door and here on Google even if today it is been removed); the next day I would have worked and therefore would not have been able to go to the clinic again. There was nothing to do: no one came to treat the cat and I had to take him to Chianciano Terme at the office of Dr. Cozzi Lepri where they immediately provided the necessary treatment without causing any problems and without the need for an appointment.

Professional and with sensitivity towards the pet and their human friend, in the most difficult moments ..

The best, I've been going there for years, the doctors are competent and very kind. My furry friends are in good hands.
