In response to some of the reviews I point out that the opening hours and days on the INPS website are shown correctly. You just have to scroll down the page and find the following: Opening hours from 01/09/2016 General information, PIN issue: every day: 08.30-12.30 Pension benefits, Civil invalidity: Mon, Wed: 08.30-12.30 Income support services: Tue, Thu: 08.30-12.30 Self-employed, Parasubordinate, Domestic work employers, Occasional jobs with Voucher: Wed, Fri: 08.30-12.30 On THURSDAY AFTERNOON we receive by appointment from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm

Thanks for the big help, even if finding offices is not easy, given the lack of indications.

It is impossible to find information on the internet on which branches (and on which days) are open to the public. We must go physically and hope to have luck ... A lottery!
