Valentina's is an oasis of peace and tranquility, where the only sound you hear is the sound of nature! I started this experience in a sad moment in my life. The personalized session helped me a lot. She is very good and very sweet. Through deep breathing, relaxation, the use of tools, spicy perfumes and soft lights, it has helped me to improve my balance and calm my anxieties. I attended various yoga classes but I find Valentina's course really exciting. The lessons are always different, the appropriate background music and the room where the lesson takes place has an intimate atmosphere, perfect for getting in tune with the discipline and for encouraging concentration. As soon as you enter you are pleasantly wrapped in excellent perfumed natural essences, the lights are soft and the walls are colorful and tastefully decorated. Valentina's voice is calm and guides you with simplicity in the exercises, without forcing but with great professionalism and experience. Another very nice thing is the large window overlooking the nature of the Vejo park. I tried the massages several times and they are really fantastic also because Valentina uses only and exclusively organic oils and is not for everyone. I can only recommend the association if you want to find well-being of body and mind.
