I placed an order for two bedrooms, a living room and a bedroom, paying what they asked (half of the amount) to get the items to the office, after two months they contact us that by the end of August since we had placed the order in June, we had to pay everything because the objects had all arrived. We pay the entire sum all in a poke because things are still in the deposit in Frosinone they contact us again telling us if we had made the transfer and that the stuff could not be brought because there was still a room missing .... absurd, we ask for explanations after a very long waiting on the phone they were not even "ministers" and we are told that the phone calls are routed between the cal centers of the center not knowing who requested the payment. Now I need to review the order but talking to someone is IMPOSSIBLE I'll call the Quirinale first. SERIOUSNESS 0
It has always been a good shop, we bought several pieces of furniture here. We came, saw what we needed and placed the order by phone the next day. I noticed that the assortment has shrunk, I think because of the pandemic, it's understandable. However, everything corresponds to the catalog.
