And good things are they don’t charge extra for asking personal trainer or ask training plan. I been here just a month and I love 3-4 kg. Which are lot for women! I think... On morning and evening personal trainer will change if you can you should see which will suits more. And after 4,5PM it will start to be crowded. Prefer to go on morning or 3pm.
