Euroedil 2 (Esposizione)

I bought a bathroom mirror with LED spotlight at the Casale store. Once the goods were collected, at home we realized that the mirror was not fitted with the spotlight. I asked for clarification, but the sales clerk told me she needed to check and would let me know. Only after a further phone call did I receive a reply via e-mail stating that they had not yet received photos of my mirror (it is displayed in the show room !!) and that the product was sold like this anyway (if that's the case, what's the use of photos ?!) Given the service and the quality of the product, it is better to contact a large brico, like Leroy Merlin where I bought another mirror with the correct preparation, spending less.
