Nobody ever knows anything, the bureaucracy nails you to read pages after pages of instructions and then the simplest things are not understandable.

People who have completed their university studies, successfully supporting all the exams of their faculties, are blocked and cannot graduate from these characters, who have been given dignity to exist thanks to a rule (very debatable) that obliges everyone , but everyone, to become almost English native speaker, supporting a b2 exam. The time is very contingent, with half an hour for each of the three tests and, if by chance something goes wrong, you have to wait two months. Two months to sit in front of a computer and take an automated exam. I do not want to dwell, but the gist of the matter is that it does not matter that you are a scientist and you have the thesis ready, it is these gentlemen who decide, endorsing this university. I would do the Italian b2 exam to these guys who can't speak two words on the cross.

Disorganized and unavailable

I'm sorry for the teachers, because some of them deserve (that's why the two stars) but the University Language Center seems to be made just to make your life DIFFICULT! The staff is unkind and helpful, surly, not open to dialogue and, above all, deaf. Abstruse rules, in my opinion incomprehensible, which do not attempt to meet the needs of students at all. Often I happened to witness problems during the technical and logistical exams, and sometimes the classrooms where the lessons were held were really dirty. The only good thing is that at least they reply to e-mails within acceptable times. A real shame for the University of Trento (absolutely impeccable for all the other services offered) which in my opinion should do something to improve the inefficiency of the CLA, given its international vocation.
