Really unimpressed with this hotel and there customer services and there understanding, booked the hotel back in January for a wedding in May 2021 due to covid the wedding got cancelled and can not be Rescheduled wrote to the hotel explaining the circumstances and asking for a refund as its so far away they can easy reuse the room.but the response was shocking more or less saying tough luck we are keeping your money would not recommended and would avoid due to customer services
Just perfectly placed off the square. Lovely helpful staff and rooms lovely. Feel internet pictures do not do it justice. Definitely recommend
This hotel has a great location in the town and stunning views over the hills. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a relaxing pool and our room had a large patio

We stayed here to attend a wedding. The hotel itself is great and has the facilities required. The breakfast offers a good selection of continental variety and you can even ask for something off the menu. The hotel staff are very friendly and do make note of any feedback provided.
The location of the hotel is very close to the main square in Ravello and you can get around the town quite quickly.
The only downside i would say is that the room we had (a family room) there were only two plug sockets and the phone signal/reception was poor. Everytime we wanted to make a phone call we had to step outside, which was an inconvenience at times.
