I was totally disappointed with the shop and the staff. I bought a pair of shoes, put them on in the evening to go out and as I tighten the laces the top has totally opened. The next day I come back to get compensation or at least change them for another pair of shoes. The saleswoman, not knowing what to do, withdrew my shoes, leaving me a return receipt and telling me that the next day she would let me know something about it. Phone call never received, I went on for almost 4 weeks calling them or introducing myself to the store to get news. After I warned them that if they didn't compensate me, you went to report them for the scam, they called to tell me that they had repaired the returned shoes. An episode like this is the first time that this has happened to me, as the few times that something like this has happened to me, they always refunded or replaced the product instantly. Among other things, I was passing through that area for a period of holidays, I live in Friuli and for me it was a big inconvenience to go back to the shop a second time. I strongly advise against going to the globe located inside the Costaverde shopping center in Marina di Montenero in the province of Campobasso. Poor products and unqualified personnel. BEWARE WHERE YOU GO, SCAMS ARE ALWAYS BEHIND THE CORNER !! Whoever loses is always the customer who advances the money with the risk of not being reimbursed, as in this case!
