A colleague's wife worked in the agency. among the guarantees also atmospheric events. at the end of August 2020 I will send a report by e-mail for damage to frames. The agency replies asking me to forward a copy of the policy because, due to a change in management, they cannot find the policy number indicated. While I scan the whole thing, an atrocious doubt grips me: not having it in evidence, they never asked me for payment ... then I am discovered! The employee replies, informing me that the policy was canceled two years earlier, in September 2018 and she does not know why. So I discover that I have been without insurance coverage for two years, if it had not been for this accident who knows when I would have known. But the worst is that the policy was tied to a bank that they took great care to warn of their decisions ... What if the house burned down instead of the windows ???
