I have been a customer for years and have progressively moved the various unipol policies I had elsewhere, mostly for the insurance company (unipol) than for the agency. Regarding the latter, however, despite having already been a customer (now no longer) and having had a policy on the current home, I asked for a quote for the new home that I would go to buy and despite repeated reminders I never had feedback. In the end I took out the policy with another company (helvetia, which I highly recommend).

Zero seriousness and zero competence. 2 months lost waiting for a quote. Estimate accepted and then it turns out that I can't assure myself. Instead of apologizing, they climb over the windows. Really bad !!

I have some mediums insured by them but it's an average insurance.
