I enter the store, I immediately realize that there is no disinfectant gel at the entrance, completely non-existent, which is now MANDATORY at the entrance of every commercial and non-commercial activity, machine present but empty, completely dry! I try to enter but I needed to take advantage of the discounts I had available for my purchases. I take a quick tour of the various departments, immediately realizing that there is no one to watch to keep the DISTANCE between people, NOBODY, not even the staff who work inside .... I stop at the children's department, where I choose my things and I try, as far as possible, to avoid, dodge, the people who stopped in the stands where they were looking for the measures ... I repeat NO DISTANCES ... Ready to go to pay I notice a long queue of people, everyone had to pay ... I go to the cash desks to see if there was any sign with the words: "PREGNANT WOMEN HAVE PRIORITY TO PASS" ... I don't see nothing is silent I go to do my shift with a very long line where NO ONE RESPECTED THE DISTANCE ... It must be said that I am pregnant, a tummy that stands out and no saleswoman, not even those who were in the cash register, notice and tell me to pass the shift because pregnant precisely .... My turn finally comes, I pay for my things, I complain about my discomfort to the shop assistant, I ask to speak to a manager who HAS NOT COMPLETELY PRESENTED and I immediately leave the shop because apart from the mask THAT DOES NOT PROTECT FROM THE DISTANCE THAT WAS COMPLETELY IN THIS SHOP ABSENT the bad smell was really heavy, I repeat the shop was crowded with people and NO ONE WATCHED THE DISTANCE! In summary: NO SIGN FOR PREGNANT WOMEN, NO DISTANCE, MACHINES WITHOUT HYGIENIC GEL MANDATORY IN COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES AND NO ... next time I will call the police to point out that IN THIS ACTIVITY YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE RULES IMPOSED BY THE DECREE DUE TO COVID19 .... a very lively advice to avoid complaints and figures of bad taste: Among all the signs that you hang, close to the crates, put a nice big one in block letters explaining the priority for pregnant women to move on! I speak on behalf of my aunt, who a few weeks ago went to this shop, I understand it was almost closing time, but my aunt complains that the saleswoman at the cashier, at her request to be assisted in the department, replied with RUDE and repeatedly that they were not authorized to assist the customer, when in reality immediately after another clerk took care of following my aunt with courtesy and availability, so I wonder if the clerk didn't want to help a customer or was the clerk to make an exception to the company rules. as regards the item purchased, I find it excellent, an excellent value for money.
