Since the 1990s, it has been home to exhibitions of contemporary and modern art, permanently showing the works of the painter Romano Reviglio, born in Cherasco in 1928 and died in 2008; you can see works by other artists who donated their works to Cherasco. Original core of the seventeenth century. and enlarged in the sec. following, the current appearance of the interior is the result of an optimal scientific restoration. Seat of historically important events: the peace of 1631 was signed, the Shroud was welcomed in 1706 and here Napoleon imposed the armistice of 1796 on the Piedmontese. An old mill can be seen in the most recently restored wing.
