Excellent bank for the services it offers and the attention to the customer as long as you do not ask for anything and only have them to earn! After having been a customer for more than 10 years and never asking for anything, I saw myself reject the mortgage for a request for less than 70% of the house, even though I had a good liquidity on the current account that I could anticipate. In addition to have more possibilities I had agreed to take out insurance on the house and life insurance policy (not mandatory) with them and also on the advice of the consultant even I would have been willing to take out a policy in the workplace! So there were all the conditions in their favor and guarantee! The only motivation given was the fixed-term contract of my partner, his income to what they say did not want to take it into consideration even in part, as if I kept it, imagine how it could be felt. We had reached the point that from the central office loans had even asked us if we already had a notary. You threw us a beautiful bucketful of ice that threw us into despair and made me feel very humiliated.
