Aside from a speech by Ovs in general who raised prices by cutting quality in this shop, rudeness and dislike starts from the manager and then goes on to the various shop assistants. I have never found the staff particularly polite but I have never needed them so much. I got by and went to pay at the cash desk. Then one day I had to make a change of a defective product and from there all the disgust of that shop was manifested. I go into the shop and they tell me it can't be done. I call the office and he says it is a normal operation and they will contact the store themselves. I'll be back and magically you can do it. I take a look to see what to change the defective garment with as the model was out of stock and I don't find anything I like or with my size until I see a jacket that is unfortunately not my size. I ask if it is possible to have other sizes and with a little annoyance they tell me that they try to see in other stores. (at my request if it was possible to have a voucher if I couldn't find anything at the moment it was "it's complicated, better to avoid") After a few days the boss arrives and I go to try it (let's forget the ways of the job) unfortunately the bigger size it reaches about the navel. Always in a polite way I say to the saleswoman that unfortunately I don't like it and I would have taken another look. She takes it off in an annoyed but not very heavy way. I go to the ward and look for something else, after a few seconds the aforementioned order arrives and hooks the jacket on a stand "maliciously" muttering "we had just finished these" to which I go out annoyed but shortly after I come back because even if I have a lot of patience and I also work with the public, his attitude was very unprofessional. He replies that if I get a boss to the store I can't help but take it because the trucks cannot waste fuel going back and forth. In short, a truly unpleasant experience that made me definitively put a cross over this chain.
