Start of new house work 2009 first plumbing work started by them, for X reasons I finished home with another plumber in 2019 result The work done by this company (I hope the workers have changed in the meantime) are not at all satisfactory because 1 the wall water pipe where I connected the boiler they didn't put hemp (result I had to break the wall) and 2 the shower drain pipe I don't know what they forgot because down in the cellar it "rains" every time we take a shower (this week my trusted plumber arrives and let's see what they have done)

Punctuality with polite, qualified and orderly staff.

Bad at respecting the agreements which, although verbal, are the basis of working relationships.
