When in Parma, vist and try the Museun of Prosciutto di Parma. Best prosciutto and parma selection of mature cheeses. We tried with the local focaccia frita as is part of the local cuisine in Langhirano wich is the small town and land of prosciutto.
We had an excellent to time there. Tasty plates, good wine, good service.
Paying for the tasting costs extra and can't be paid by card.
Furthermore it's not really great.
Very good taste, unfortunately the price was very high for two plates of Parma ham.
A nice afternoon out, it's very small, but the prices match the size so it's ok.
Interesting to learn about the history of the ham.
