Wonderful experience, interesting facts and great aceto balsamico! We went with our kids and it was lovely to learn about how they do the aceto, the differences between them and the place is just amazing to see, small, taste. They do tours in english and in spanish so it was definitely a plus. They even gave a little diploma to the kids, they were very happy.

High-level vinegar factory, specialized in Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, but which also produces the most common Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. Sometimes they also make guided tours, and explain their history, the particularities of the processes with which they make their Vinegar and through which steps. The largest barrel in the world is beautiful. Suggestive place, and delicious vinegar.

The Casa Mazzetti vinegar factory produces traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena PDO and Modena PGI. Noteworthy is the size of the Hercules barrel used for the production of balsamic vinegar of Modena, a show also the video in which the construction is documented. The balsamic vinegars produced are of excellent quality obviously not to confuse the traditional Modena PDO from that of Modena PGI, differences that many have not yet learned. There is a shop for the purchase but if you decide to go to the vinegar factory, there is the possibility of taking a guided tour, an excellent opportunity to learn about two different products, the DOP and the IGP, and to fill in any knowledge gaps . The vinegar is beautiful will be fascinated
