If you have to make a bank transfer, there is no longer a cash service with an operator, you can make transfers to the ATM for amounts of less than 5000 euros; the cash desk service with operator is active in Crespellano or in S. Giovanni in P. When I found out from the clerk, I didn't want to believe it ..

Embarrassing situation. Impossible to contact the agency. I have the bill from them and I had a problem during the mortgage deed. Nobody ever answers! And don't soll on this occasion. No one has answered by phone for months! The incredible thing is that due to covid, you can't even go in person without making an appointment and the online system has problems and in August it is not available. All this despite the fact that the bill is very expensive (€ 10 per month and you pay or wire transfers). I will change banks as soon as possible. In defense of the agency it must be said that the situation of unicredit branches in Bologna is generalized.
