It is impossible to talk to someone on the phone! My humble advice, since everyone has this problem (read the reviews ...) is that the branch manager does something about it to correct this major flaw!

you are all right. a branch with a good part of rude, incompetent staff without speaking of the availability ... unknown talent. unfortunately I have already opened the account then in this period where all the services are done by phone or online ... here we really find absolute silence.

I went to this bank to collect my salary, I also thought of opening an account, if it were not that I had to make an appointment, and then on the day of the appointment to be sent home because they had no time to do the census! Probably their "associates" took precedence, I insisted, nothing, they should have wasted 15 minutes and said that it is practically impossible. I'm furious! They don't answer the phone, I can't find an e-mail address, nothing at all, archaic.

nothing assistance, never one answers the phone as if they had not, the app, chat, mail ... no one answers. If you have a problem, you will manage.

They just don't answer the phone. If you want to communicate with them, email or take a day off and go there
