Badly organized and eternal waiting times
Today I received the ordered sofa and the courier who delivered it was without a mask and not respecting the COVID 19 security measures.
The company that uses the courier must absolutely ensure that these measures are respected!

It is not so much the Mondo Convenienza warehouse, but Mondo Convenienza itself: what sense does it make an appointment for a collection, going there and being told that the item purchased, and for which an appointment had been made a week before (one week ), it's over?!! For me unacceptable, bad experience and organization. First and last purchase 👎

for intellectual honesty and far from wanting to do useless as much as free controversy, after my disappointment with customer service, I was contacted the same day by the customer care of Mondo Convenienza, after further apologizing for the inconvenience, they offered me free delivery home. This is a note of merit and attention to the customer, and it is praise that I do. I did not expect this and I do not hide that it made me very happy, I just hope that other customers are not in the same situation as me, the setback or inconvenience can happen, but at least I would like to be informed in time before going to the place for the withdrawal. The stars from 1 become 4. Thanks again for your attention to the customer.
