I bought an extremely expensive mattress, I'm not satisfied, besides being short, it doesn't allow me to stay in bed properly. So kind but no professionalism, no solution, only extended arms. Embarrassed fallback offered. Very disappointed.

We met Dorelan through word of mouth from a family friend and, intrigued, we went to the store. Immediately maximum kindness and availability, we were presented with the different types of mattress that we tried and tried again to choose the mattress we received yesterday. Even for the super-available delivery! We had to postpone the confirmation several times but they didn't make a turn! WE DON'T SEE THE TIME TO TRY IT!
