I contacted by phone and by email several times with the aim of requesting an appointment with the manager. After several attempts in which the manager was not present on the days of receipt, after calling an administrator who shares the room with her, who guarantees me the presence of the manager, I hurry to this office. The manager was in a meeting. In the meantime, a colleague of mine welcomed me, I explained my situation, asked what was the legislation according to which I could not access a teaching class and the answer was: "It is twenty years that this is done". After more than an hour of waiting, I leave. The administrator calls me back by phone confirming what his colleague said without making me valid information. Weeks later I tried to call back and there is no trace of these responsible. Who knows if she had been employed by a private body would she be so elusive and evanescent?
