Availability, kindness, humility, professionalism, but above all TRANSPARENCY, which is very difficult to find nowadays. Simply number one. Rodolfo, the owner, immediately treated me as a friend, or even better a brother, trying in every way to meet all my needs. Really recommended 😉

I was looking for a car that I like a lot and not being a recent model, I looked for it all over Italy, finally finding it in this showroom. Finding myself 200km away, I contacted the owner who immediately arranged an appointment for me. Upon arrival I met the owner, Rodolfo, who with courtesy and precision showed me the car in all its specifications, convincing me about the reliability of the same, so much so that I bought it without thinking twice. I found a lot of availability and professionalism, as well as convenience. In fact I believe that the owner has really appreciated my desire to have just that car that I wanted so much and km done on the highway to reach it in the auto showroom, to the point that he rewarded me with a discount on the purchase price, which I made it really happy. Obviously when I returned I had the car checked by my mechanic who confirmed the quality, reliability and all the maintenance that had been done as well as Rodolfo had guaranteed me. I made a great deal. Thank you so much!

I leave from North Rome to "visit" three car dealers in South Rome, I decide to start with New Cars S.R.L. that I met by chance from an announcement on the internet ... I get there and I only see quality cars ... after a bit of waiting comes Rodolfo, very competent and helpful, showed me the car I was looking for and I immediately decided that it would not have been worth it to go to see the other dealerships that I had bet ... Within not even two weeks the beautiful class A was mine! After a month of buying I am more and more satisfied with the choice I made! Thanks to Rodolfo who assisted me throughout the "journey" and thanks also to Christian, who despite having gone to collect the car on Saturday at 13.00 when they were about to close, had the patience to explain all the features of the car to me. 45 minutes (out of service) ... New Cars S.R.L. (Cool Car) is a team of serious, reliable and professional people! Highly recommended for those looking for a quality car at a good price!

Good seller found almost immediately the car I was looking for. They advised me and guided me in choosing. Recommended. I brought all my acquaintances who needed a car from them and they bought their car too. As soon as I entered I immediately noticed the cars in the window and I talked to a couple of customers who had bought other cars from them, they convinced me and I will certainly continue to advise them to my acquaintances.
