After contacting more than one Kia service center for the partial breakage of the curtain of my sunroof mounted on the Kia Venga with poor results, I turned to this service center on 2 appointments were solved under warranty without additional expense the main problem of the car with the replacement of the curtain itself r at the same time two small but annoying noises that occurred on the car It is my first experience with the Kia brand. Seven years of true warranty. Robust car comparable to a higher category. I thank the receptionist and the mechanics for their professionalism.

A change of fuse under warranty 28 euros. Most likely I won't go to them to get the service done. A real disappointment! 1 second to replace 1 fuse 28 euros is robbery. They told me that when I changed the lights I tampered with the lighting system and as such it was not under warranty ?! I have not tampered with anything I just burned a fuse when changing bulbs with the ones I already had! This could happen to anyone who would replace burnt out light bulbs! With the excuse that they did the "research" to solve the anomaly taking some time (when I, as a non-expert, had immediately told them that a fuse had probably blown) they unstitched me 28 euros. Evidently they don't care about grabbing a future customer. I have always gone to the Kia Milli 2 in Ostia for trivial anomalies such as these have never charged me a cent, I have always received excellent service.

In 2019 I bought a used sportage sl with a one year warranty left in another dealership. I needed service both last year when they replaced various damaged external parts and in early August when they replaced the steering box. All under warranty. Kind and very prefessional.

Courtesy, competence and professionalism, always available and ready to help the customer looking for the best solution with advice and suggestions, from welcoming the customer to the mechanics! It is now a point of reference for me!
