Such an amazing location and great hosts! Highly recommended also during winter! The apartments are located in the lovely medieval stone village with breath-taking view over the wild hills and the blue shiny sea of Cilento. You'll find lazy cats sleeping under basil plants, orange and lemon trees in the gardens, hidden stairs that reach the marina and Luigi and his mum that welcome you and make you feel at home. Rooms are newly renovated, clean and very comfy. Best moment - get some local hints from Luigi on what to visit in the area while enjoying a relaxing breakfast under the lemon trees with home made cakes and tasty fruit marmalade form the garden trees.

This is a very charming and unique hotel, situated in a gorgeous medieval town. If you stay in the main building, Luigi the owner has cleverly converted his incredible palazzo into a series of rooms, each different. The palazzo itself is an archeological gem, with an intact old olive mill in the center, and artifacts from the excavation displayed throughout (incredible!). Luigi is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend.

And if they say it's blue, they don't lie. I stayed in this enchanting place for a few days but I breathed the beauty of a village characterized by the silence and the scents of tradition, with an enviable panorama. The pride of "The house on the blue" where kindness, grace, courtesy, availability, welcome are the business card that make you feel at home. The lady is impeccable with her punctual and precious information on places to visit and places to enjoy excellent cuisine. A pleasure to listen to her in her stories, an open book about life with the enthusiasm of a young girl. Guest in the single room with a window overlooking the sea to leave you breathless, I found the room very clean, I still feel the scent of the linen. Excellent breakfast, always rich in sweet and savory with excellent quality production jams. From here the walk to the sea between paths and olive trees is essential. Generous owners and attentive to all needs, it is clear that the priority is the well-being of the guest. It has become my refuge even if soon my word of mouth will serve to share this wonder. the position of this widespread hotel may not please everyone: it is in the upper part of the town and a few kilometers on foot from the sea (very quiet walk and three-wheeled ascent). I recommend it to those who are not afraid to walk and take an adventure holiday. It has a beautiful garden where you can have breakfast among fruit trees and a spectacular panorama surrounded by a nice family of cats (Pisciotta is the land of happy cats!). For me everything beautiful and heavenly and attentive and helpful staff!
