Best place in Italy to go on holiday!If you want to truly relax, have a clean place to stay with all the facilities you might need and the most friendly host and hostes then this is the place to stay! Great food, childfriendly for sure, beach is closeby and you will have the holiday of a lifetime!
Located in the upper part of Caprioli this structure allows you to enjoy a beautiful view and relaxation. Perfect for those who want to unplug.
Very welcoming staff, they were very kind and very hospitable.
On booking booking we had 2 separate apartments and they gave us a free upgrade with an entire apartment on the top of the much larger facility.
The rooms are simple and have all the comforts.
Excellent breakfast.

It is very easy to go from guests of the structure to friends of the owner Giuseppe and the very kind and professional Margherita ... breathtaking view .. good air .. perfect dishes .. Margherita homemade jams TOP ... to go back absolutely ... vote 10 praise. ... regards A&C
Splendid location, basic, spacious rooms with all comforts.
The strong point of this structure are undoubtedly Giuseppe and Margherita, always willing to fulfill all requests. Abundant breakfast to try Giuseppe's scrambled eggs: very good. Excellent dinners with only fresh fish. What can I say: I recommend it ... Surely we will be back soon!
Dear gentlemen owners, the rules on COVID-19 by doing my job I know them well and I am the one who sanctions to enforce them. Education and respect for customers are another thing you should learn .... Unfortunately, arrogance and indifference towards customers grows when you are no longer humble and believe you are the masters of the world.
