A Christian baptismal font on water spring. An amazing place

A magical place. What to say?! An early Christian baptistery built on a spring. Unique in the world. No caretakers yet the place is very clean and well kept. Elsewhere they would have asked at least the price of a ticket to enter. Here it is free. Incredible.

Suggestive, well kept. The source of crystalline water that originally fed the tub for the baptism in immersion, flooded the entire floor making the church impracticable, but creating a very spectacular effect.

Particular place of its kind. Too bad it is not treated as it deserves

Particular baptistery near the famous Certosa, stands on a natural spring. Free parking like the entrance. A small picnic area with tables is also available
