Practicing with them - the summer facing the sea - amplifies the beneficial effects of yoga by bringing them with you the rest of the day. Andrea always available to investigate any topic or question that is and Giovanna I think is unbeatable on relaxation. My summer reference point for the well-being of the soul and body! Really highly recommended !!!!
