Visit to my grandparents village, a beautiful medieval castle, great restaurant and bar.

Quaglietta's widespread hotel has a truly magical atmosphere.
We were looking for a hotel in the area and found this one.
Well, what to say: the description on booking did not do it justice at all! When we arrived we felt like we were catapulted back in time! the structure is really nice and the rooms are spacious and comfortable mini apartments. The staff is young and available, ready to intervene in case of need. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back !!
The medieval village of Quaglietta has a truly enchanting atmosphere words cannot describe the beauty of the place, the room in which I stayed, which is a small apartment, of the widespread hotel located within the walls itself is well maintained, with kitchen, bedroom and service, clean and very bright, the only flaw was the mattress of the double bed consisted of two single mattresses, which tended to separate in the center.
Good dinner at Silarus restaurant, nice staff.
Even the breakfast included in the overnight stay well done

We happened upon it by chance, passing through the valley and looking for a place, but luck guided us! They are carrying out a restoration intervention on the ancient medieval village and the castle of the town, creating delightful mini-apartments in the village, very characteristic, well-finished, complete with all, with fantastic views of the valley. The gluten-free pasta is also well done !!!
And in the center of the village they also lead the Silarus Restaurant-Pizzeria, with great attention to local products, care in the menu, attention and courtesy to customers. A quality discovery! Not to be missed ! and at absolutely adequate prices.
An enchanted place where time spent over the centuries stops in a charming, silent and relaxing atmosphere as you pass. Lovely routes, accommodation and restaurant, very friendly staff, great food. Unique and excellent experience to repeat. Congratulations to the owners who believed and made this dream come true ... maybe it was the same in other sites of our beautiful Irpinia.
