Allianz di Stigliano

Being from a country near which this Allianz branch operates, at the same price compared to the city where I live, in the spirit of Lucanità, I preferred to make a distance contract with the Allianz of Stigliano. There was little clarity on the question of "suspension", an important topic for me. I have not been informed by telephone, nor by email that to proceed to the same I would necessarily have to carry the original envelope and that for the duration of less than two months you have to pay a tot from which taxes are then withheld. I find it unprofessional to act towards new customers, especially if they point out that suspension is an important aspect of the contract. Being commercial also I often compare myself with other sellers from other sectors and the clarity of the sale is a vital aspect for me to continue a relationship. It is important to me that if you turn to a consulting desk in addition to friendship, knowledge and cordiality, the consultant provides the customer with professionalism. These omissions by the consultant cost me the months of unexploited suspension and a forced transfer of ownership to withdraw from the contract without costs.
