After touring the beautiful city of Nicosia, we dined at Borgo Favara and got their great spread of locally sourced foods along with a bottle of fresh house wine. There were lots of unique items such as caponata and trippa that were very tasty along with the antipasto and in-house made pastas. The fresh cheeses were a great addition to the salami and prosciutto.
