Kind and helpful manager. For the rest, lunch to forget. You essentially need vegetables. Only the wine is good. Poor hygiene, in the bathroom there is not even hand soap. I will certainly never stay there again

Bad place in every way. We enter and at first it all seems nice as far as the outside is concerned, then entering the non-negligible problems begin. Very dirty place, cobwebs everywhere even under the chair, nests of bees on the head, Christmas decorations in August, the staff and including the cook dirty with inappropriate clothing. The bathroom to say the least in pitiful conditions and dust deposited everywhere. For the food there was little variety and the water was served in reused plastic bottles. Nothing exceptional for the kitchen. The only positive thing is the pool. I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy. Very bad!

Mr. Ignazio is very well prepared on everything related to his work and beyond, an expert in geology, agriculture and with the passion to produce everything by himself ... everything you will taste comes from his work. There is the possibility of sleeping, the rooms are still very spartan. The place is not far from Nicosia, Agira, Sperlinga, so you can organize 2 days to discover these ancient countries and eat and / or sleep in this structure. I've been going there for over 20 years and can't wait to go back.
