A great place, strategically located just a few kilometers from important tourist destinations. The owner was extremely friendly, always available and attentive to our needs. Personally I did not appreciate the cleanliness of the room, in the sense that at first glance everything seemed ok, under the beds instead there was a finger of dust .. and more. Despite being spacious, it also has an air conditioner on the bed (there are those who like it and those who don't), but this can be avoided by sleeping in the adjacent double bedroom. Recommended destination for a pit stop of a few days

Where we had to go and what we had to do is not information that can be of interest to those who host us, let alone serve to improve the service that she does not exist. Paying little does not justify the fact that he hosted us in a dump, the photos and services that he mentioned about us on booking do not reflect reality at all. Surely we will stay at other times in Rosolini and in the neighboring areas but never again in a structure (so to speak) crumbling and dirty like his, regardless of the cost, because choice has fallen on you just because of the point where it is and not because he made € 87 in August knowing that others with € 100 offer, apart from the truthful services, even breakfast ... one thing is sure, we will not recommend anyone to stay with you ...

Clean and arranged environment. I found the facility welcoming particularly the owner of the new management was very warm and helpful. Particularly to appreciate the availability at the last minute.

Very bad! We booked 2 nights at this property if you can define it, old, dirty and dilapidated. The room the owner, the tenant tenant, assigned to us, was on the third floor so small that even our daughter's stroller could not fit into it. Old cabinets impossible to open, no electrical system, only tangled and dangerous electrical wires under the furniture, outlets and non-working television, air conditioning without remote control and even the shadow of wifi. The key to close the room and keep your personal belongings safe is therefore non-existent and therefore accessible to anyone at any time. In addition to being small and dirty (I will never stop saying it), the room possessed a stench of old and moldy, the double bed with two mattresses, different from each other, arranged on a wooden board, uncomfortable not to sleep a second, sheets of yellowed white with different pillowcases ... and as a welcome a beautiful spider under the pillow. The terrace, inviting from the photos, instead was literally abandoned to itself, full of many junk, without a light and with an old bathtub (what it was for we didn't understand) rusty and dangerous too. The bathroom, for absurd it was on the ground floor, passing the kitchen, in a lugubrious corridor (a path that a shower should be completed) small, with incrustations not cleaned for years, full of hair, old tablecloths. The next day we asked if he would change our room and bathroom (assuming he had cleaner ones), he assured us that he would do it, we went out and stayed out all day, at nine o'clock he calls us, telling us that he would not have changed us room because he had a new reservation and we could stay in that room for one night. On our return we took our luggage and returned home. We took some pictures before going, but unfortunately we could not take a picture of the bathroom. An experience from horror movies.
