Mille Soli Bed and Breakfast

We booked one of the three rooms available, specifically the room with a double bed and two singles so my review refers only to this room (each room has a name, I don't remember the name of this one). Positive points: very clean rooms, large room, terrace and TV included, wifi present and working, extreme availability and courtesy of the owner who, even if not present, manages to give all the necessary information and help via whatsapp. Cons: there are two flights of external stairs to reach the house, and I personally did not like the unkempt external environment (it is subjective, I am attaching photos), the dining room is closed for anti-covid rules so breakfast it is served on the terrace, at 8.30 the other tenants spoke normally during breakfast but being the windows of the old type you could clearly hear everything since they were a few meters from us, we wanted to wake up the children for nine instead they were woken up by chatter , okay .... There is. Breakfast can be chosen between sweet and savory, contrary to what we expected it was possible to choose (as regards the sweet part) between chocolate muffins and apple pie or both, then present all types of coffee etc on request, unfortunately the the proposed breakfast did not meet our tastes and was different from the photos posted on the internet, perhaps because we came from a b & b in the Nuoro area where there were Sardinian sweets but also jams and simple bread and honey, however we preferred to have breakfast at the bar even if I want to clarify that the owner offered to bring us some croissants. However, I must say that the variety of breakfast is basic in a b & b, indeed essential (muffins are not a local dessert or even Sardinian). All the negative points just mentioned are subjective as I have already said, what instead created problems for me is the fact that this room does not have a bathroom in the room (external or corridor and for private use) and the owner during the booking did not clarified, it is also specified that the rooms are equipped with a minibar but in reality the only fridge is that of the room (closed and for the exclusive use of the owner). The bathroom issue is a problem because the passage towards it takes place in front of both doors of the other rooms so it is necessary to always be dressed or otherwise presentable even after a shower and having small children who often go to the bathroom during the night has become a via crucis, moreover in the shower there is an 80/100 liter water heater which I had not seen for some time and in my opinion unsafe and above all always for the covid issue we should not have found unsealed soaps and foam baths and therefore already used. As for the absence of the fridge, we arrived on site with the need to put some siberini in the icebox but also water to drink for the night but ..... fridge absent, the only help in this case was the proposal of the owner to put the siberini in the icebox to make them the next day, but this solved the problem in half. The room also has no air conditioner, it has a TV but this receives few channels therefore practically useless. Given all the other positive comments I come to the conclusion that the other rooms must be spectacular and new (ours was in the 80's style), that they have a fridge and that the breakfasts in those situations were b & b, or maybe we expected more seen the photos we admired on the internet, in my opinion it is a good b & b but given the cost (100 euros) I honestly expected a lot more or perhaps what I have found up to now in almost all b & b in Sardinia. We stayed 3 nights as Erika's guest. Very kind and helpful host. He made sure to satisfy our requests both as regards the b and b and with the advice on restaurants and sites to visit. Fantastic breakfast. The desserts made by her is non-industrial. Both my husband and I and the couple of friends who were with us recommend it
