Small place with a small beach, 1 km away the large beach of San Nicola

This beach was a short walk from our hotel. It wasn’t as other beaches in the region. It’s a pretty beach manned by a lifeguard. It has a stone/ rock shore line which gives way to a sandy, shallow sea. We didn’t wander too deep into the waters since we were with a toddler who throughly enjoyed herself on this beach. It’s a good idea to bring your own umbrella and towels as there aren’t any kiosks for sun beds and umbrellas. The town is adjacent to the beach has bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets.

I think this place is overrated, and nearly impossible to get especially when visiting with an rv. You may only park at the "Area Sosta Camper". Even in the winter it's not allowed to park in town, even when there's no one around for a few hundred meters. Got send away by the police. Beach is Oke but there are better places near this one. Try a little up north, at the dunes of Piscinas. Amazing area!

Good public beach, but missing facilities as toilet or change room. We're here in October. Free parking is available.
