B&B Luna Blu

Horrible place!!! Breakfast area totally dirty and it is in front of the hotel where any animal has access to. Bread and coffee is lying around at the table. Disgusting!!! Room was dirty and full of mold. Dirty towels. Room damaged in many spots. After an hour we went out to another hotel. Despite we had to pay 50 Euro. It doesn't look like it's shown at the fotos of booking.com. pictures are at least one year old. The owner is cheating with his rating. The worst thing is that the owner has a rating of 8.8 at booking.com. he canceled our reservation before we were able to rate it. I suppose this was not the first time he was doing this! He is a cheater!!! It is sad because we probably won't be the last persons to be tricked. So i reccomend to avoid this place!!! It isn't worth any money

This place is not living up at all to its high rating. The reception area with the food was open all day long. Also there was insecticide and a used ash-tray directly adjacent to the food. In addition to that the table and the coffee machine were dirty . The room interior was okay for the price but there was mold on the wall an in the shower. All in all the pictures from this place are not up to date and aren't showing the place how it is at the moment.

Cozy and centrally located and well served, hospitable and gracious hosts

We had booked a villa with a swimming pool in Calasetta for a few months, through an acquaintance of the owner who called me two days before our departure, saying that the house on the island was no longer reserved for us because it was left to other people, and that we they would have placed in a B&B in the center of Carbonia at a reduced price ... (5 € less per day) but without a swimming pool and far from the beaches ... With such a late warning of the problem, we were forced to accept the accommodation in confidence of the locals .. Who unexpectedly already from our arrival made us feel too much, saying that breakfast was not included that the price was too good and to see if we could find anything else around .. We have NEVER been recommended on places to visit and things to do during the holiday, from the first day the shower was clogged and it was a bathtub as soon as the water was released ... the owners have never seen each other .. Not even for cleaning the room .. . Addirit tura left the change of towels outside the door and the baskets were never emptied, the sheets after 11 days were never changed (contrary to what was written in the regulation) ... Only the retired father of an owner came out every now and then to ask me for money as if we were thieves, saying that he asked us little and to be satisfied that there was no better ... I enclose updated photos of the structure so as not to have strange illusions ... Not recommended.
