Tecnoimpianti - Daikin Di Geom. Onorio Crobeddu

We approached this company as recommended by our engineer carrying out installation of solar energy to our house. We requested a quotation for whole house air conditioning. After one week and several calls/emails, they finally responded with a request for a .pdf of the floor plan of the property which, we immediately provided. Then there was silence for another week and then more chasing up by email. Finally, unannounced an engineer arrived at our door on a motorbike. We showed him around the house and discussed what we wanted. A system was recommended by him. Four days later we received a signed and stamped quotation for our approval and signature. The quotation was valid for 30 days. I emailed the company that subject to our architects approval, we would be accepting the quotation but meanwhile had some questions regarding the BTU, installation and installation time frame. Meanwhile, we had received a much higher quotation from a Mitsubishi installer in Cagliari. I shared this quote with the Daikin Franchisee so that they were aware of what quote we had turned down in favor of the Daikin units. Also to clarify what was included in the quote so that we could confirm that the Daikin quote included more or less the same things. (Purely for comparison as, we had already decided to go with the Daikin Units) Imagine our astonishment when, we received the following back by email. Quote: Buongiorno Sig. alla luce di quanto comunicato, considerato che l'impianto Mitsubishi richiesto non è in grado di concorrere con le caratteristiche dell'impianto Daikin da noi proposto, considerata la nostra volontà nel non voler competere con altre tipologie di impianti e preventivi, le comunico che non siamo interessati alla progettazione e alla realizzazione dell'impianto. Ringraziandola per averci contattato, le auguro una buona giornata.
