Dorigoni Audi Rovereto

My review concerns the aspects of communication and not the technical ones. I have been an Audi customer for 10 years. At the Audi I perform all the coupons and revisions. Yesterday I had a breakdown. I tried to get in touch with the Rovereto branch this morning. He was always free to me but I received no reply. When I was called to Trento I was told that the system is set up like this: the number is free to the caller even if the person who should answer is busy on that same line. A truly incomprehensible, penalizing and irritating choice for those who call. When I understood this I closed and I phoned another workshop. Good morning
