I phoned for information on a bioethanol fireplace, the lady who answered me was very rude. Then the guy I presume the department contact passed me by, I spoke to Daniele, very very kind. In the late afternoon I went to buy it and I was always served by Daniele ... congratulations, a very professional guy, available and with a wonderful way of dealing with customers. A gratification also to the deputy director Gabriele ... Your coworkers should learn from you for the good ways ... especially the cashiers who are always goofy, it seems that you bothers them to enter the store. Gabriele and Daniele are the best .... congratulations!

Great selling point for my experience. There is certainly a good assortment, the quality / price ratio is positive, obviously in a shop with thousands of items this cannot be the case for any item sold. Many negative reviews speak of staff rudeness, which I have never encountered; the fact that there is not always a person immediately available in the aisles I find it normal given the type of shop, and it is something that is also found by the competition; with a minimum of patience you are served and advised. I will definitely continue to buy from them.

Unfortunately a very bad experience !!! First of all, no one greets and no one is available to assist customers, I kindly asked for a trolley to bring 30 kg of wood to the crate and I was told that there was no available at the moment and I had to make do with a Despar trolley. I asked again for help and was told :, "Eh but if I do this with all customers ....." that is, assisting a customer in a shop, while you do your job as a sales person?!. .. All this mind chatted in the ward with his colleague. I understand he had been busy doing something else but being his job I expected better service.

Bad service especially from some female salespersons who should be better educated as they don't sell clothes Good service to the furniture salesman available. Also looking for someone to help you is a problem perhaps you would like more personal Reading the comments - not only recent - and mostly negative x on the service, one wonders if this interests you or not since there are no changes Lucky to have no competitors

What can I say ... I am forced to write a very negative review. Several times at this shop I found myself hearing customers addressing them with disrespect from the insiders besides the Director. I am undoubtedly baffled. You enter a shop where kindness must be the basis of hospitality and you find ... Free rudeness. What a disappointment.
