Maximum kindness and courtesy I wanted to share my experience with this shop: due to a domestic accident, I broke the glass on the door of my Master Kitchen oven. I turned to the assistance of the Modena shop and within THREE days I received a new oven door at my home in the province of Turin without paying a euro. I am truly amazed at the kindness of the people I spoke to and the speed of service. Thanks everyone, you are fantastic. Bruno

Unreachable assistance, numbers that ring in vain, and finally a local assistance center very far from my residence which - perhaps - will arrive in days .. maybe ... New product still under warranty which already does not fit after one year. Made in China products of dubious quality Unfortunately, they gave it to me with the purchase of a kitchen, otherwise I certainly wouldn't have bought it

My experience with the Service Center was excellent, very polite people who solved my problem in the best possible way, also making me a very welcome gift for the wait due to the covid period in which the company was closed. Thanks again!!!!! More and more happy to have purchased your excellent appliances for my kitchen!

Problem with the dishwasher, after calling and trying (unfortunately, without success) to solve the problem independently, the assistance ticket is opened, I am told (this on Monday) that the repair center was overloaded, but that they would have done everything to take action as soon as possible. The next day I am contacted by phone and an appointment is set for Thursday. Precise and punctual, the technician solved the problem. I did not pay for the service as the dishwasher was under warranty. Great product and great service.
