Giorgio gives great informational tours of the balsamic production in the acetaia informing about the traditional balsamic production methods his family has been using for 5 generations. The taste of his balsamic, which he encourages you to sample, is sensational and can be brought home at a fair price. Ivanna's jam and preserves made with the balsamic are delicious as well!

Giorgio gives excellent tours of his acetaia where he makes Balsamic. I learned a lot and he was an excellent guide, allowing me to try several types before I purchased. His prices are very competitive. He also has a suite in which you can stay during your visit to Maranello. I will definitely stay here and visit the next time I am in Maranello.
