Very prepared, helpful and correct person. He solved a problem for me (professional insurance for the exclusive activity of Statutory Auditor / Statutory Auditor). My former insurance (contract in place for 8 years), despite being insured for over 35 years without ever having had a claim, refused to renew the policy. Same refusal for other 3 insurance companies subsequently consulted. All on the grounds that the risk for the activity of Mayor / Auditor has increased due to COVID. This is true, but it is also true that Insurance is mandatory !!! And then???. Fortunately, I then contacted Mr. Cioeta who, with great professionalism, managed to solve the problem. I was able to take out a policy with a leading company, which provides for the exclusive activity of Statutory Auditor / Auditor. Among other things, the amount of the premium, all things being equal, is significantly lower than that previously paid. This post especially for colleagues who had the same problem as me (no study activity for reasons of age, but continuation of the duties of Mayor / Auditor). Tersilio Giussani
