... I can say after months ... that the sales service was quite good, but as regards the "workshop and post" I can't say the same ... from this summer the machine had some anomalies in use of the air conditioning, when AC / MAX was set after the ignition the air was turned off or did not start at all ... given that unfortunately I had eaten the cables of the rear window I thought it was that, after several calls and after having had to contact the seller to be able to talk to the workshop (as they very rarely answer), I explain the situation and my boyfriend brings the car to service on the morning of the day indicated by them ... upon arrival, they reply that for the cable we could buy the gasket ourselves and put it on ourselves that would not invalidate the guarantee, for the air we had to leave it to them and they would call us back in the day to tell us if we had to leave it for more or less days ... call back in the afternoon and they reply (always through the seller as the workshop did not respond) that absolutely the girl at the check-in had clearly said that they would call them back when the machine was ready ... I explain that as per the norm, when the machine is brought in any workshop, in theory the owner of the car should know if the repair is under warranty, the timing etc etc, moreover my boyfriend had specified that the car was important as we had to do specific therapies to a family member who does not he could take the means ... after a few days we take the car back and after having insisted on having me put the gasket on the rear window thread again, also telling him that I would pay, they do the job, but they tell us that for the air conditioning everything is normal and that we have to read the manual ... The months go by and so does the non-existent air conditioning during the summer, reading the manual however there was clear nte written that in AC / MAX mode (not simple AC), the air should always remain on with the fan at maximum ... As soon as we could, we called Ford on the Tiburtina explaining our problem and when my boyfriend reported the machine from them too, their foreman clearly informed us that after less than 1 year from the purchase of the (new) machine this work was not normal ... at the end of this story, all the air conditioning control was replaced ... I give a star because I am not at all satisfied with how I was treated by the FordStar workshop in Tivoli.

After a negative review of 01/04/20 ... as said I am pleasantly rectifying it ...
I had signed for my Ford Ka + on 12/16/19 ... that the car had not returned to testing on 12/18, after knowing (unfortunately after I first inquired) that the second test scheduled for 30 / 12 had not happened and therefore the next one would have been on 17/01 ... Finally today on 14/01/20 I had my car ... I can't say that the first approach was the best, delays in delivery and not always a better fluidity in the delivery method (perhaps given both by the fact of being under the holidays, and out of good-naturedness), but in the end speaking with the seller he understood the reason for my discomfort and my regret and on the contrary he tried to anticipate the third and fortunately final test (finding a place for 10/01 instead of 17/01) ... I hope there will be no other problems with the machine ... I give a 3 because unfortunately the approach it wasn't the best but I certainly can't leave 1 because I recognize that in the end c 'was the commitment, indeed upon delivery the seller explained me the details of the operation of the machine =). Thank you =)

I wanted to thank Mister Flavio for his complete attention, I finally bought the car of my dreams and perhaps even better, a very serious and distinguished dealership .. Whoever drove can notice the difference .. I bought it from Frosinone in Tivoli at the Ford star there will be a reason, thanks again. P. S. The Council fully this concessionaire.

I strongly advise against this workshop, arrogant, superficial and arrogant assistance, it would be nice to see it closed, operators unable to carry out even the simplest of mechanical operations, expensive, we rely on this assistance and then find ourselves for the superficiality of others under the water to wait the tow truck, they should all be fired and sent to reflect on the inability to take responsibility at home, poor us to entrust ourselves to them. Go to others, trust me.
Yesterday I took my car to service for the coupon and I went to collect it at 6.15 pm, since the closing time indicated on google is 7.30 pm. The workshop was already closed and the car was not returned to me. Moreover, when I asked the employees who deal with the sale of information, I was replied verbatim: "And what are you asking me ?!" Without even trying to provide me with assistance, also in consideration of the fact that the garage had been closed only 15 minutes earlier. Now I will do my best to make my complaint heard up to the highest levels of the company, given the enormous damage that the unavailability of the car has caused me this morning.
9/11 update
I bring my rating to 3 stars, as the 5-star attitude of the Tivoli after-sales manager as well as the quality manager has rebalanced the judgment, which remains, however, extremely negative towards the sales staff.
