2nd Review, 2 stars: I will keep you constantly updated: At the moment, they mentioned a minimum interest but I would say ... still a "nothing"! - Read what happened to the paint: Unfortunately, after a year and a half from the purchase, I find problems that I never expected to find! Watch out for Black Shadow Micalizzata paint! (Which in my case "should have been present", on a new Kuga!) They sell you the car as a metallescent, asking you for as much as € 750 more, but the color is a simple glossy black or pastel! Which has obvious yield problems ... You will soon realize (in my case after about 15 months), that the painting "jumps", comes off, in a punctiform way, leaving nicks, of a light color, from which you can see the "bottom" (the one you give when painting cars). I have contact them several times, in person (I don't tell you the lost time ...) and also in writing, and at the time (September 2014) ... no one contacted me ... Certainly they are not making a good impression, they are proving to be professional: neither the Ford Mother House nor the Autostar Flaminia Dealership, which sold me the car (new). We'll see... Inevitably, if the issue is not resolved, they will force me to go through legal channels; only way forward ... 1st Review, 5 stars: Available and kind: they solved a problem related to an "out of program" engine oil change (dashboard warning), anticipating the service and making me save more than € 90 ... Also for the "inconvenience", they came to meet me giving me a discount (appreciated!) On the complete coupon. Finally, I have an appointment to solve even those annoying noises coming from the dashboard, caused by the holes ... What to say? Keep up the good work Fordstar and I will always be faithful ... naturally after my wife!
