Ordered a spare I called to find out the opening hours. The recorded voice says that on Saturdays the spare parts are open until 12.00. I leave home but when I arrive the spare parts are closed. I ask a salesman who, with extreme superficiality, says that it is closed but, when I tell him that their switchboard told me it was open, he dismisses me saying it was not true and when I told him if he wanted to listen to the message of the times, with extreme rudeness he replied NO! It's just that! Further experience of their lack of professionalism !!!!

Dear but to the request for a car with a superior equipment: before it did not exist then maybe in 2 months .. The impression is that they wanted to sell what they already had and ignored the promotion of the new FCA proposals released on specialized sites a few days earlier.
