Someone completely destroyed the back of my mini, and these wonderful people fixed absolutely everything in no time -they even fixed things they didn’t have to without any charge and made my car spotless, scratchless and looking even better than it did before the crash🙌 They had given us a substitute car- during the time we had it, we had gone to eat lunch and when we came back and it was totally scratched in the back. It would have costed us a couple of hundred euros, but the owner of Esteticar gave this to us for free as well. Absolutely kind workers, kind souls and 100% recommended. If I ever have anything to repair, I definitely know I’ll be coming back here and telling everyone I know the same! Not to mention the owner and founder of Esteticar treats all of his customers as if they were his friends, yet at the same time incredibly professional. Thank you for everything! 🙏☺️

Bodywork that is perfect is not enough! For them the customer is at the center of everything, they make you feel immediately inside a big family, not to mention the great professionalism and competence they put into every job! I have been to them three times and all the works have been impeccable, in my opinion one of the best body shops in Italy!

After some research on the internet I went to them to evaluate a dent on my car .... I was greeted at the reception with courtesy and professionalism and after a few minutes Mr. Alfredo showed up who with equal courtesy and professionalism inspected the car offering me two alternatives of intervention .... I accepted one and then the car entered the workshop (super clean and organized) ... short wait and car returned with the work done .... Thanks Alfredo !!! P.S. The repair did not cost me anything !!!!
