Very incorrect company policy, in the laboratories adjacent to them, which are part of the same company, I state that while waiting another lady complained of a surcharge not communicated by telephone, on the turn of my wife she paid a visit with Dr. Sadun, by telephone the price of the visit was € 100, at the end of the visit to the desk, bill € 212 ... the reason was not a normal visit but neurophthalmology + OCT, and I could also understand but when you ask for information you have to say everything and make distinctions on the two types of visit ( assuming that there is since my wife told me that it was not a different visit than the one usually done by the ophthalmologist) and SPECIFY that all the exams are separate, do not communicate prices that are not the real ones, such as I told the staff they saw me now and they don't see me anymore, they applied me the discount of 10 € although I insisted on paying what was due, I KEEP POINTING THAT THE CUSTOMER OTHERWISE YOU HAVE IT LOST IT WAS NOT YOUR FORCED DISCOUNT TO MAKE THE DIFFERENCE, GIVEN THE RELAPSE WITH ANOTHER PATIENT I ASSUME THAT IT IS USUAL. NOT TO SEE US!

I went to the PonteLucano store with an emergency to be resolved quickly, my old eyeglasses had broken and I would soon have to leave. in half a day I received my new glasses, with cordiality and professionalism 🔝. Alessandra gave me an eye check, recommended a frame and offered me different price and quality solutions, obviously all this with kindness and smiles, despite the mask 😊 I highly recommend contacting these centers, always ready and available for any need, thanks 🔝😊

I do not recommend it! Average products sold at sky-high prices. All appearance, but little substance! Nothing to complain about instead for the courtesy of the staff, who proved to be quite helpful. But as regards the quality of lenses and frames for glasses, I recommend taking a tour in Rome and its surroundings, you will certainly find more professional opticians!

Courtesy, fantastic structure but .... the impression is that they want to sell (and they succeed very well) the most expensive product. They would also be good but the company policy obviously requires the sale at all costs ..

Certainly well supplied with a wide choice of frames to suit all budgets, courteous staff ... but the owners border on rudeness, sometimes a little humility puts even the most reticent customer at ease, something that is definitely lacking in these people....
